3DreamTeam retains HAYMAN-WOODWARD as their Business Development partners for Latin America.
We’d like to further acquaint you with Vizerra friends and are glad to introduce you Koshjar Hamedi from Donya Labs company offering the Simplygon technology used in the creation of the Vizerra world. Today Simplygon is the leader in 3D optimization software for the gaming industry. Simplygon technology is being used by many companies now including some of the biggest game developers such as CCP, NCsoft, Disney and Bioware, to standardize and automate their 3D optimization processes, minimizing production time and cost significantly.
We’ve already published interviews with the photographers who had taken part in the creation of our locations. But the category of Vizerra Friends also includes those who offer us technology decisions for 3D modeling. One of them is Turkka Äijälä, the representative of our partner company Umbra Software, with whom we’ve recently made an interview.
3DreamTeam has licensed Donya’s Simplygon for Vizerra to improve the content-creation pipeline. Due to the fact that Simplygon is a toolkit for building an automatic 3D-optimization pipeline that combines powerful and unique mesh-optimization techniques with high-res to low-res baking abilities, it will be used to optimize complicated 3D objects in Vizerra. The direct integration of Simplygon into Emergent Technologies’ Gamebryo LightSpeed™ will help 3DreamTeam achieve good performance while maintaining high visual quality.
One of the main features of Vizerra 3D interactive systems is their exceptional realism. This is manifested in detailed objects’ mapping and also in most reliable reproduction of their properties like cardinal position, representation of physical interactions between the objects etc. To recreate the interactions between the objects (e.g. a camera and a wall) properly it’s necessary to have a high-end engine which is able to provide the compliance with the physical laws of the real world in virtual space taking minimum resources of the user’s computer.
The Vizerra project is created by people who take a great interest in the history and culture of different countries and nations. Vizerra team treasure fragile relics of the past. Our mission is to give an opportunity to as many people as we can to see these marvels with their own eyes, at least in virtual space. That’s why we have a special interest in people and organizations who try to contribute to preserving the cultural heritage.
