Arman is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of VIZERRA. Prior to founding VIZERRA (2008), he was CEO of a 3D GIS company building systems over 5 countries: Russia, Singapore, China, India, UK. Prior to that he was sales and marketing specialist with a significant developer background, worked in large corporate Swiss and US companies. Education: MBA degree from Graduate School of Business, Grenoble, France (2005); the faculty of Management and Marketing at IFM, Genève, Switzerland; majored in Producing, VGIK (All-Russian Institute of Cinematography, 1998).

Nicholas Jeffery is the Chief Operating Officer (with specific responsibility for sales and marketing) of 3DreamTeam LLC. Until recently Nicholas was the head of Strategy and Investment Planning department for the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, prior to that he was the European Managing Director of Telstra and the European Managing Director of PSINet Europe, the Global Internet Service provider driving the successful rescue and turnaround of the business from 2004 to 2008. Nicholas is formally trained as a graphic designer and has founded, floated and sold several design and advertising agencies.

Oleg Maddox is a well-known computer games and innovative imaging technology developer, the head of the team that created the famous series of aircraft simulators IL-2: Sturmovik. Advanced technologies developed under his leadership were repeatedly demonstrated by the leading hardware manufacturers, such as Intel, NVIDIA and others. He has the professional knowledge and experience in photography, which was praised by the global manufacturers of photographic equipment - Canon, Nikon and Samsung.

Alex is one of the most experienced and celebrated designers in Russia. He started his career in 1992 at KitArt. Has experience in respected and leading magazines such as Kommersant, Stolica and Itogi. During his career he has successfully launched numerous international brands in the Russian market such as Coca-Cola, BonAqua, Nescafe and ION. He was an Art Director of Maxim magazine and BOSCOMAGAZINE. He has been titled Creative Man of the Year by Rambler in 2004.

Anna manages the entire projects work flow of the company. She works for VIZERRA since the date of its founding. She had been instrumental in forming the scalable production capability. She gained her experience as a senior project manager at a Swiss company producing the GIS systems. She graduated Moscow State University of Electronics & Mathematics with honors majoring in Management and Informatics in Technical Systems.

Alexander is a Fellow of the ACM, IEEE, IGDA, AIAS and Eurographics. Previously he was s technical director in a science films studio, advertising studios and instructor in a computer graphics school. He is also the senior lecturer at Moscow State University of Culture and Arts and also at the British higher school of design. In 2008 he has been awarded Leading Scientists of the World Award from IBC. Honorable doctor of Yorker International University in computer sciences.

Maria has significant experience in marketing. Previously she used to work at NVIDIA as a Marketing Manager as well as to manage marketing departments in various IT companies with Russian offices including ASBIS and MAG Innovision. Maria graduated cum laude from Moscow State University of Electronics and Mathematics and received an additional degree in marketing.

HR Director from the moment of the founding of the company. 10 years’ work experience in senior positions in human resources area. Previously held the position of Director of Human Resources at a Swiss IT company. Graduated from the Moscow Power Engineering Institute and has received additional training in Human Resources.
